    These plates are from an Out of Service (OOS) inventory, that was replaced with current up to date plates. The plates are being sold "as is", no returns will be accepted. Condition may vary. Some plates may have worn spots or frayed corners. That being said. At the time of their manufacture, these T-15 plates were rated at Level II protection.
    Given the characteristics of modern ammunition vs. when these plates were certified. I can not guarantee as to their current level of protection. So, buyer beware. But on that same note, some protection is better than no protection.
